Kuala Lumpur Homeless Transit Centre
The three-storey building, which can accommodate 250 people, has bathrooms, toilets as well as laundry, prayer, counselling, health and store rooms. A corporate social responsibility initiative by Federal Territories Ministry and MRCB, the 1,319-square metre centre was built at a cost of RM3 million. The centre has 141 occupants with 125 of them staying at the centre while the rest come on a daily basis to use the facilities and to get food. Distance from Kuala Lumpur City Centre –5 km

Kerinchi Residency Project
The affordable housing initiated by government in April 2013 with the objective of providing 80,000 units affordable housing to the residents of the Federal Territories by 2020.
